Results of Connemara pony shows held over the weekend of Saturday and Sunday July 21st and 22nd
At Sligo county show held on Saturday July 21st. The supreme in hand champion was a 2 year old filly belonging to Laura McSweeney from Longstone Stud,Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim. On Sunday July 22nd, shows were held in Tourmakeady, Co Mayo with the overall champion of the show there been a 5 year old mare belonging to Caroline Lydon from Clynagh, Carraroe Co. Galway. At the midlands Connemara pony show held in Mullingar on Sunday July 21 the supreme championship went to the registered stallion Brock Lodge Buster who is owned by Patrick Kearns from Mountmellick, Co. Laois.
